As a proud UTEP alumna, I believe it’s my responsibility to support undergraduate students in achieving their dreams and goals—just like so many mentors once did for me. They believed in my potential, and now it’s my turn to give back.

I’m truly honored to have participated in UTEP’s Real Estate Career Day this past week, held at the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors. It was such a rewarding experience to connect with passionate students and future industry professionals.

There’s nothing more exciting than supporting new talent in this amazing industry! I had the chance to share insights, answer questions, and remind these aspiring agents just how important it is to start gaining real-world experience early. Learning how to navigate transactions, understand client needs, and manage expectations is key to building a solid foundation in real estate.

The future of our industry looks bright, and I’m so grateful to play a small part in shaping it.
